* Sample Boxes will have been previously frozen, please do not re-freeze.

* All other bakes are made to order, and can be frozen. Please order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

* Acceptance of your bakes indicates that they have been collected in good condition. I cannot accept responsibility for anything that happens to them following collection.

* The box your bakes come in is freezer-proof, therefore you can freeze them in this box.

* If you have chosen collection at one of the drop off points, please do your best to arrive on time. If you are late due to events beyond your control, please let me know as soon as possible. If you do not collect your bakes, you will still be charged full price.

* I am HSE registered and therefore am legally bound to adhere to hygiene standards and regulations. Should I need to cancel your order due to illness in order to comply with legislation, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

* If you cancel your order after they have been baked, you will still be charged full price.

* Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify the pricing or the range of products I offer. I have the right to discontinue any part of my service or any of my products at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
