Allergen Information

There are 14 food ingredients in the EU that must be declared as allergens. I have these allergens declared under each bake on this website, plus the box of each bake will be also be clearly labelled.  I can provide a list of allergen information upon request. Please make sure you check the allergen information before you buy.

Please note all my bakes are prepared in the same kitchen, and while I take the greatest care not to mix nuts with the other foods, I can’t guarantee that there won’t be traces of nuts in these products.

I also bake with Gluten and Gluten Free products and while I take precautions as much as possible, I cannot guarantee no cross contamination. Please note the Gluten Free bakes are NOT suitable for people living with Coeliac Disease as I don’t use separate utensils.
